Nam Prik Pao Pa Ta Dang

“SPICY RICE SALAD”

Ingredients:

– 150 g White rice
– 2 tbs Nam Prik Pao Pa Ta Dang
– Sliced shallots, long beans and red chili
– Lime slice

Directions:

– Mix rice with 2 tbs of Nam Prik Pao Pa Ta Dang until colored evenly
– Mix all veggies
– Drizzle of lime and ready to serve

“BAANMAE STYLE TOM YUM GOONG NOODLE”

Ingredients:

– 1 Package of Tom Yum instant noodle
– 1 tbs Nam Prik Pao Pa Ta Dang
– 4 Boiled prawns
– 20 g Mushrooms
– 1 Cup any kind of stock
– ΒΌ cup of milk
– Lime slice
– Chopped coriander
– 1 Egg yolk

Directions:

– Put in the stock, seasoning sachet, noodle and mushrooms into high heat until the noodle soft
– Put in 1 tbs Nam Prik Pao Pa Ta Dang
– Pour in the milk and turn of the heat
– Garnish with boiled prawns and topped with egg yolk
– Ready to serve

“THAI STYLE AGLIO OLIO”

Ingredients:

– 100 g Spaghetti (no.2)
– 3 tbs Nam Prik Klug Khao
– 1 tbs Olive oil

Directions:

– Boil spaghetti 6 mins
– Mix spaghetti with 3 tbs of Nam Prik Klug Khao
– Drizzle of olive oil and ready to serve

“BAANMAE STYLE SPICY MIXED PEANUTS”

Ingredients:

– Roasted peanut of your choice
– 3 tbs Nam Prik Klug Khao
– Fried chili, kaffir and lime leaves (optional)

Directions:

– Mix everything with 3 tbs of Nam Prik Klug Khao
– Ready to serve
